I really enjoy the fact that I can do a lot of new things and challenge myself. For example I've started to learn how to create videos for our product for the past few months. Despite my work being pretty rough around the edges I've gathered a lot of positive feedback about the stories I'm trying to tell. In my prior company which has 10K+ employees there was always pressure to hit targets which meant that you would rarely have time to experiment or learn new things when managing a team.

The most rewarding aspect is the autonomy to create and shape projects that are deeply personal or innovative without the constraints of a traditional corporate structure. There's also a profound sense of accomplishment in seeing your vision come to life and directly impacting users.

The most rewarding aspect is the freedom to create and shape your vision into reality, coupled with the direct impact you see your work have on users. There's an unparalleled sense of accomplishment when you receive positive feedback from those who genuinely benefit from what you've built.
