Decisions are neither right nor wrong. Sometimes we all do screw up, but back in our minds, we know that I could have avoided this decision. What is that one decision you wish would have not taken?

@socialbhat as a struggler not much experience but getting 5-10 customer who uses your product and can provide comprehensive feedback and then doing soft launch in your network to create little buzz is working fine till now for me.

Officially registering the company with toooo many associates. We are 13. Very difficult to manage all bureaucracy stuff with so many people involved.

@valilus you mean to say too many founders ?
Vali Lupoaie
@socialbhat I mean associates and giving them a percentage of the company.

Hiring without building relationships with the employees. What's the worst decision did you make?
Suhas Bhat
@software_guy trying to do it all on my own,I would say would be one big mistake I would avoid in future even though i know I'm good at it, I would prefer hiring whos 10x better than me.
