    My work life struggles if I don't manage proper sleep. Any tips?

    Set fixed times to go to bed. Like go to sleep every day at say 11 pm.

    @nikolproskova This pretty much + getting the minimum amount you need (typically 6-7). When you go to bed and wake up at the same times consistently your body will get used to it and you'll feel more energetic.
