Right now it’s mainly using multiple tools for different scenarios. Like using taplio and hypefury for different channels. Just wished there was something that can do both
One of my biggest challenges with the tools I use, such as Asana for project management and Slack for communication, is ensuring seamless integration and avoiding information silos. To overcome this, I set up automated workflows and regularly sync updates across platforms. This way, my team stays aligned, and important information is accessible to everyone, reducing the risk of miscommunication and enhancing overall productivity.

Data security is a big concern for me. I worry about the safety of sensitive information with some tools. To address this, I make sure to use tools with strong encryption and regularly review their security practices.

The biggest challenge with current tools is their complexity, which can be overwhelming. Overcoming this involves taking time to learn and use tutorials to become more familiar with the features.

For me it's the disconnected dystopia of cloud platforms. There was a brief period when you could search your computer and found everything. But now, your docs are spread out over uncountable cloud platforms and it's often impossible to track down yesterday's work.
