I'm responsible for marketing and growth, but the honest truth is I do anything that needs to be done :)

As Marketing manager I do these things 1. Checking analytics and updating number 2. Follow up from freelancers and other team members on yesterday’s task 3. Meeting: to discuss current tasks and planning for next few days

Nowadays i'm working head on for launching new features of our product socialbu.com on product hunt. From managing creatives, planning the launch funnel and executing tasks with my great team. Fingers crossed, hoping for the best.

My day-to-day role in my startup/product is to manage and nurture our team. This involves understanding the individual strengths and weaknesses of each team member, whilst also ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. I have a knack for staying organized, motivating staff and delegating work effectively, making sure everyone has enough guidance. Overseeing project management is one of the most important aspects of my role, as it increases productivity and reduces errors. Ultimately, I strive to make our team run as a well-oiled machine, enabling us to create an exceptional product and achieve our goals.

My friend and I are starting to build a startup. We're not just developers, we're also testers, in charge of marketing, and customer support lol

Non scalable outreach. Scalable outreach. Building network. Product decisions and prioritization. Product investigation. Product Development. User interviews. Customer support. In general also thinking about everything that may be going not as good so you can improve it. And also of course, reacting to everything that comes up unplanned.
