A quick workout, a good breakfast, and setting three top priorities for the day. It helps me start the week with energy and focus
Mine is a self-care. Hot water, body stretches, facial massage, skincare routine. If you don't care about yourself who will?).
Best to do this on Sunday night if possible, but to have a complete goals list of what has to be done this week and ensure the team is aligned with those goals
I enjoy starting my Mondays with a good breakfast and a cup of coffee.
