When you're short on time, do you prefer running, yoga, or using a home fitness app? I prefer yoga 🧘‍♀️. After sitting for long hours in front of a screen, my back, shoulders, and eyes start to ache. Yoga has become my go-to solution for staying fit. Just 1 or 2 short yoga moves really help me during stressful work days. what about you??
