What's your favorite self-care practice for recharging and stay ing inspired?

Mine is simply putting on "outside clothes"...
I work from home and sometimes I don't even leave the house all the week except maybe to walk around my neighborhood.
I could work in pajamas all day (sometimes I do), but I find that getting dressed for my day as if I was going to an external office makes me feel good.
What's yours?

The thing with the outside clothes rings a bell. When the pandemic started me and all my co-workers just started working from home and didn't go back to the office for a long time. Then i quit and became a freelancer, which meant working from home again. After a while of wearing pjs every day, all day, i had to start forcing myself to put on regular clothes. Felt so much better!

@moritztomasi I love that because it's so true...putting on regular clothes just does something to improve your day!
And I play pickleball...so I'm right there with you on the padel-tennis. I've never been athletic but pickleball makes me feel like a legit athlete lol
