@josh_russ1 I think its also a great perk ($200 on wellness or something else). I can even say more that you can provide your team with flexible perks (like $200/month on wellness) using our platform :) Feel free to check it out

@haserk for sure, always been a fan of unlimited PTO. But that's almost expected now, there are some unique ones like $200/month wellness stipend, which I'm considering. Thoughts?

@haserk I'll check it out, thanks!

I'm originally from California, but having recently moved from Vancouver to Berlin, I'm more convinced that the favorite work perk depends on the person in their unique situation (maybe this is why you're asking this question 😊) Berlin is known for its large expat community. As such, an expat like myself face the following roadblocks: * How to become proficient in German * How to migrate to a more permanent working visa * How to secure housing On top of the usuals (e.g. subsidized transportation fees, office snacks & drinks, learning budget), what sold me on Collato were the benefits that directly mattered to me as a expat - not as a worker - in Berlin. * Weekly German classes with my colleagues * Ability to switch from the Youth Mobility visa to a permanent working visa (agency work + costs are covered) Previously in my career, I never would've cared for these particular benefits, but they matter to me now.
