Champagne toast followed by a team outing is the way to go! 🍾🎉 Getting the whole crew together outside the office to celebrate and bond over the achievement is so rewarding and motivating. Though I do enjoy busting out a victory dance too! 💃

Is your team remote? For remote workplaces I have implemented things like BINGO Fridays, Happy Hour Fridays, and even tea/coffee brunches, where I send out curated baskets to the team with teas and coffees so they can all share in a zoom call. Ends up being so fun!
