    My favorite way to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle is by practicing yoga and going for a run outside. I love the mental clarity and physical benefits that both activities provide.     For physical health.. I have so many~! Playing tennis, hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, running. For mental health and staying active, I like to watch/read new stuff, travel, meditate, and journal.
