Remember when you suddenly realize you've forgotten an important task? Terrible feeling, right? Do you delegate these tasks to AI to get a last-minute result, and what tools do you use? Often I grab studies, article plan and run to Scade.pro's editorial flow to get an article draft done at the last minute :) http://scade.pro/

Scade is a great tool, in fact I heard about it from different people! I personally use https://klu.so because it helps me to manage my multiple accounts on Gmail, Slack, Notion etc., through one Search bar for them all. Definitely saves me a lot of time

Checkout https://hello8.ai It's the most effective way to translate video using AI. Everything is fully automated but if need, what's really cool is that you can edit and change the translation in a few click.

@glenfish what tasks do you use it for?
Nic Neon
@nastassia_k I use it to assist with coding (usually javascript) and refactoring code. I also use it to explore ideas and to draft up marketing ideas and some content ideas. I rarely use it without modification.

I am completely biased as I use my own product BoodleBox (https://boodlebox.ai/) hourly some days, but I literally use it every day, even on weekends as it helps well beyond the office. That said as a person who when people would ask me if they could do anything to help, I would say "find a way to get more than 24 hours into a day". GenerativeAI has done just that! So whether you use BoodleBox or some other platform, it saves so much time on so many task!

I use a combination of paid versions of ChatGPT (GPT-4), Claude 3, and Gemini Advanced. GPT-4 for code snippets, Claude 3 for analyzing PDFs, Gemini Advanced is still experimental and use it with google suite of apps like @gmail, @youtube @drive etc. Also, use perplexity.ai for summarization for live websites.

@shownotes amazing! And do you have such tasks that require step by step process of using different ai tools?
@nastassia_k My primary use case for LLMs are to generate lazy code aka methods of a class that are boring to write but must be there to meet requirements. The second use case is to generate code documentation by sharing a class file and asking AI to generate meaningful code comments so that future maintainers can understand code better. These tasks often require iterations if done manually. So what I do is give my choice AI the task and tell it generate a prompt that will get this task done in the future. Then I keep tweaking the prompt with it to get it to meet my standards. Once I have it generate a decent prompt, now I can batch the work using API. So my process is: Give a new task to a chosen LLM Have it generate the prompt as an output Tweak the prompt Plug the prompt in a AI pipeline (custom engine we created inhouse) Then feeding it work (say code for review or documenting) becomes super easy. Hope this makes sense.

Absolutely, realizing youโ€™ve forgotten an important task can indeed evoke a whirlwind of panic and urgency. Delegating tasks to AI can be a game-changer in such situations, especially when you're pressed for time and need quick, efficient solutions. Particularly regarding content creation like article drafts, I'm using https://writeme.ai/ which provides real-time grammar, punctuation, and style suggestions, which can significantly speed up the editing process and enhance the quality of the writing.
