I've been dwelling with multiple stacks for alphaOS (https://alphaos.app). That got me to think about what the community is moving towards for the landing page stack.
I'm on NextJS, Tailwind, and Radix-based components system that I built.

If its only for landing page, I would go with Webflow or Framer. Both are pretty amazing. Framer is just bit too fast to build and ship.
If it's more responsive approach (web, portal, mobile app) I would choose Bubble.io. Its far more mature for everything else.
