I once  joined a video call with my boss, and my cat decided it was the perfect time to jump on my keyboard and start typing. I had to awkwardly  explain that the random letters were  not my new strategy for email replies!

We were having a serious meeting when my kid burst into the room wearing a superhero costume, demanding to know if I could help with a "crisis" involving lost crayons. It definitely made it hard to look professional!

I was once running a zoom call with hundreds of people and when I was reviewing the recording I saw that someone had taken their computer with them to the bathroom without turning their video off.  You could see EVERYTHING.  The recording was in gallery view.  It didn't look like most people noticed but one person did and their facial expression said it all!

Oh man, the classic 'I thought I was on mute' moment! I was in a video call with my whole team and started ranting to my wife about how boring the meeting was... not realizing my mic was on. 🤦‍ My boss cleared his throat and I turned beet red. Lesson learned: always double check that mute button! 😅

I was presenting to a client and my toddler barged in, demanding to play. Trying to remain professional while your child is tugging at your arm is no small feat. It was embarrassing at the time but now it's just a funny memory that we all laugh about

I was on conference call, and I thought I was muted while I went to grab a snack. Turns out, I wasn’t. My colleagues got to hear me sing along to my favorite song while munching on chips. Oops!

@priscillaivy 😂😂 I assumed you also turned your camera on. I’m curious, how were you handling it? It’s like the thing when you realize, you were in the state where you have to manage your both stakeholders happiness at d moment right (your kid and your colleagues 😭😭😭)

@evan_christophers Ya, I've ALMOST done it.  But my wife saw me and was like... what are you doing!  Lol.  Ya, Zoom makes it too easy to take your meetings to the bathroom.  Better stick with the brb option!
