Mine is Todoist. It’s both useful and gratifying. I definitely think some improvement in the scheduling feature would help, and the UI of editing tasks can be better. But as a productivity tool, especially for reminders, I think it works best for me. I also have been using ClickUp but it has too many glitches and I often have a poor experience. What productivity tools do you use? Any recommendations? Any good ones in AI?

My favorite productivity tool is Trello & @writemeai. Trello- It helps me stay organized, manage tasks effectively, and collaborate with teammates seamlessly. @writemeai- It helps me to improve my writing skills, corrects grammar, punctuation, and suggests better word choices.

I'm a Trello fan myself - but I'm a very visual thinker! I need the ability to add beauty and colour and not just have a list to work through. Interesting that you've found Clickup to be glitchy - I've not heard that before. I find Clickup is the current top project mgmt tool being referenced here in PH land. I'm going to recommend Marlee - but I am biased as it the team I am working with! But we work on building teams faster with the power of AI - we do this via motivational analysis and then you can Ask Marlee about yourself and your team. You could ask: "How can I be more productive?" and Marlee will give you a personalised answer that might surprise you! You can extend this to your team and ask "How can I help my team to be more productive?". I hope you come explore with us.

@jade_grimwood really? I’ve experienced issues with clickup for over a year now. It has great potential but really messes up sometimes. Idk what it is!

I find value in tech tools for later term things that require a reminder. For prioritisation on a daily basis I actually like post it notes. I use them beside me on my desk and move them around in sections in a similar way a Trello board would work. The tactile and always visual nature (vs switching between screens) I find super helpful. For bringing out the best in team members (assigning the person most motivated for a task or role) really helps productivity for our team. We use Marlee for this (which we are launching today!)

my favorite is our own ai tool mailmaestro. it's like asking chatgpt to compose or write an email for me without the hassle of switching between apps. we also help users schedule their meetings accdg to their calendar, summarize long email threads and also create email templates for repetitive emails. we'd love for you to check us out on outlook/gmail! :)
