Any morning rituals that help you feel good and set the right mood for the day? As I'm on my way of trying to switch to more morning, less late night work routine, would be grateful to read some advice or inspiration stories :)

Drink a glass of water - it replenishes the body's hydration, helps clear up your mind, and enables you to plan efficiently for the day ahead.

@psurekha_s oh yeah, absolutely. Glass of water is something that wakes up the mind and body :) Do you also watch your water consumption throughout the day?
Walk or Jog every morning
@jerryton_surya lovely! No matter what the weather is?

I get up and go for a walk every morning, it's a great way to wake your brain up and get you in the mood for work.

@anastasiiahere Anywhere I can get a good amount of sun ;)
@oscar_wehbe oh this is perfect :) Do you like walking along the city streets or enjoy walking in the park or somewhere close to nature?
@oscar_wehbe must be a bit challenging task for a rainy day, but morning walks are definitely a routine to add to the list :) Thank you for sharing yours!

coffee, coffee, and more coffee...
The first thing I do every morning before leaving my quarters is to read.
@anna_jack1 nice :) What are you currently reading?
A healthy breakfast
@lewis_ppp absolutely necessary! What does your healthy breakfast include, if not a secret? :)
Go out into the sun for a few minutes, wakes you right up!
@chetan_natesh aw sun, it is a beautiful and healthy habit to go out on the sun (: And what if the weather is a bit gloomy, do you have a plan B?
@chetan_natesh haha yep, I'm actually surprised this is the first "coffee" morning routine suggestion :D I am more of a tea person though, but for me even the smell of coffee works like a pleasant morning attribute.
@anastasiiahere Oh yeah - hot coffee!
@anastasiiahere tea works of course 🙌
I found that including some form of exercise in the morning helps when making the switch from doing predominately night time work to morning.
For me, when I first tried making the switch, I naively thought I could just jump into work earlier after getting ready in the morning, but instead I just found I was stuck on second gear.
Going for a run (or now walking the dog) changed that for me.
@stevenbirchall won't lie, I was also quite naive thinking that the switch would be easier and no obstacle would be faced. Should definitely try the exercises part. Productive and actually good habits do take extra time and effort to establish :) Walking the dog must be fun actually, wishing you some nice walks and good weather!

@michael_landon1 hopefully the news are good ;)
My morning routine is so simple, and it only took me a few days to get into it. I wake up, brush my teeth, and immediately work out. (It's also a great way to wake up my body and mind.) I go downstairs to my workout room, which is an unfinished basement. I literally only have a bench, a pull-up bar, and a few dumbbells. My workout consists of a few one-arm dumbbell rows, followed by 20 pull-ups, 20 pushups, and 20 air squats. (I do two or three rounds.) I do this every single day, and I almost always do this before I have my morning coffee. It's a very simple routine, but I'm addicted to it.
@anne_boehm the workout part after waking up does not sound as simple as you probably have developed throughout the practice; but this is really motivating and inspiring! Should definitely try the routine, but if do not appear here with more comments and discussions would assume that would be from the weak arms after pullups and pushups :D

Our favorite lightening quick morning routine is to get out of bed, work a short meditation, and then start your day with a refreshing cocktail like the Ginger Rosemary Water.
@tibor_szantai2 I like how specific you on the ginger rosemary water part :) The meditation does sound really good also. Do you listen to some audio meditation or just practice on your own?
Waking up immediately and not scrolling social media by placing my phone across the room :)
