What's your newest acquired skill?

My newest acquired skill has been lead generation through LinkedIn! I've been trying to do 100 reach outs a day. The first few days were incredibly rough and I felt extremely awkward. 2 weeks of doing this later, I'm more confident, more natural and having amazing conversations with my connections! I'm far from a pro but I'm growing in the right direction! What about you?

100 reach outs a day? Wow. Do you automate that process? I imagine it would take a lot of hours customizing every message and response per person that there's barely any time left for other tasks. Newly acquired skill for me is having to understand and create financial documents/statements (balance sheet, cash flow, etc) at this stage in the business lifecycle. Accounting was a subject I found very dry in university and always prefererred someone else to do for me, but often it takes just the right mentor to make the learning process much easier.

@rockyperezz I did not! I did it manually, trying to focus on personalizing things and getting a higher response rate. It's not something I'll always do but I wanted to practice outreach. Financial documents can be a royal pain but having that skill will always be super useful!

My newest skill would be finding good mentors ^^

@outlivo nice! How have you been doing that?

Newest skill for me is learning how to do graphic design. As I'm not an artist, this comes with a bit of a challenge
Alex von Reiche
@clyde_garrett it's a lot harder than it first seems! When I tried doing it I found often times that I struggled to create exactly what I wanted.

@vreiche I totally get you! If you put together what I imagine vs what I actually create it looks like a meme haha
