Then let me explore the product hands-on with a free trial or interactive demo that has realistic sample data. Being able to click around myself helps me truly evaluate if it can solve my needs.

Personally I'm a fan of short video demos that get right to the point and show the key value props and user experience in under 2-3 minutes. For more complex products, an interactive walkthrough or live demo with Q&A can be super helpful to really understand how it works and whether it's a good fit. Loom or similar tools are great for quick overview vids. What formats have you all seen that worked well?
