My secret weapon is blasting my favorite upbeat playlist and dancing around the house for 10 minutes to get the blood pumping and endorphins flowing! πΆπ Always gets me outta that Monday funk and ready to tackle the day. Music is magic! πͺ
Go for a quick walk outside to clear your head and get some fresh air. It helps reset your mind and energy for the day ahead. Also brew a nice strong cup of coffee when you get back to kickstart your productivity!
My go-to is a quick yoga flow to get the blood pumping and clear the mind fog. Even 10-15 mins makes a huge difference in starting the week off right! π§ββοΈβ¨
