Not to repurpose everything because some topics are less suitable for example for LinkedIn but perfect for X :)

Record video first, then extract audio for podcast snippets, transcribe for blog posts, and pull quote cards for social. One piece of content = a week's worth of value across platforms. Although realistically speaking, I haven't implemented this always but it works some days.
Definitely tailor content for each platform! Reuse key themes but adapt for audience - like more visual for Instagram, news/updates for Twitter, thought leadership on LinkedIn. I also like to cross-promote a bit, like sharing IG post previews on Twitter to draw people over. Tools like Hootsuite help repurpose/schedule across accounts to save time.
I typically begin with a long-form post and then break it down into smaller pieces. For example, a blog post can turn into tweets a reel or even a carousel.
Webinars are great content goldmines I break them into Instagram clips or design infographics for Pinterest.
Repurposing content is all about tailoring it to fit each platform's strength. For example, I might take a detailed blog post and turn it into bite-sized social media tips
I like to break down longer into smaller more digestible parts.
I focus on identifying the strengths of each platform. LinkedIn for professional depth, Instagram for visuals, and Twitter for quick takes.
I repurpose by turning a video into short clips, then creating qutoe graphics from the same content. It keeps things engaging without reinventing the wheel.
I tweak the stone and format to suit each platform but the core message stays the same.
I always start with a blog post and break it into tweets, Instagram captions, and LinkedIn posts. Keeps everything cohesive.
I focus on reformatting short captions for Twitter and more context for LinkedIn.
I think the key is to find universal content that resonates everywhere. Then tweak the visuals or hashtags for each audience.
