When you are involved in a new request its crucial to discuss with the stakeholders involved all the vital information needed to run a project to create a project charter. 👊What is a Project Charter? Its the document that summarizes the key elements of the initiation phase. This outlines the goals, scope, deliverables, success criteria, stakeholders & resources and what is needed to accomplish.
