What strategies do you use to maintain momentum in the days following your Product Hunt launch?

I’ve seen a lot of product I've worked with hit the top 1 or top 5 on Product Hunt. The launch goes great, tons of upvotes, excitement all around. But then what? Getting to the top is only part of the battle. The real challenge is keeping that attention after the hype fades. So, what’s the strategy after the launch?
