Offering help and virtual coffees actually played a crucial role. You get to know people, you tell a story about your product and hear smth back. Connections are being developed and community is growing!

This is a great question! I'd love to hear from other folks. Our plan is to meet our users where they are on a regular and frequent basis. It's been tough recently though with the need to build and iterate on our product before going back to them to get feedback, but we try to make it core to who we are and feel it's essential to creating great products that people actually find useful.
