Tomorrow I came across a post by @๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ผ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐, who launched his product, Stryvin, with less than $10 a month. His story got me thinking about how much you can actually achieve with a very small budget.
Hereโs what stood out to me from his experience:
Reading about his experience made me wonder: ๐๐ผ๐ ๐บ๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฎ ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ๐? His story shows that itโs possible to launch a product without a lot of money if youโre willing to put in the time and effort.
What do you think? Have you ever launched something on a tight budget? Iโd love to hear your tips and experiences.

One of the most valuable strategies I used was piggybacking off of existing platforms.
I got my product listed on niche app directories and subreddits that welcomed bootstrappers.

Hello,
Fabio's story is inspiring! It shows how resourcefulness and dedication can be just as powerful as capital. Launching on a small budget pushes you to find creative solutions and make the most out of every dollar you spend. His approach of leveraging free tools and doing everything himself is particularly relevant today, with so many high-quality free or low-cost resources available online.
Hereโs how you can get started on a tight budget: choiceADVANTAGE
Leverage Free or Low-Cost Tools:
Use platforms like Notion or Google Sheets for planning and project management.
For design, Canva and Figma offer free versions that are surprisingly robust.
Use GitHub for hosting open-source projects or deploying small applications through GitHub Pages.

Fabin's story encourages others by showing that with creativity, community, and commitment, anyone can start something significant. It's a reminder that while money can speed up processes, it's not always the decisive factor for success.

@nifal_adam2 for sure!
I can relate! I launched a local service with homemade flyers and posted them on community boards. Sometimes itโs all about being resourceful!

@mukesh_kumar_das Exactly.
Launching lean is the way to go! When I started my SaaS, I focused on leveraging free tools like Figma for design, Notion for documentation, and even AI for content creation to keep costs down. Handled most of the coding myself too. It forces you to be super resourceful and prioritize only the essentials to get your MVP out the door. Plenty of time to scale up later once you've got some traction! What specific free or low-cost tools have worked well for others here?

@lilymaeanderson Which tools you launched, Lily?
@lilymaeanderson +1 for Figma and for launching lean. I'm using Resend for transactional emails in my SaaS and they have a free plan. Far simpler than having to setup and manage an SMTP server. However I do plan to switch to paid version once traffic increases.
I helped couple of companies to start from the scratch, with a very minimal budget. Usually, when you just started, and do not know whether the strategy will work, you need to start with a small budget but show some results early on.
So I recommend to focus on one ICP, with one product offer, for one marketing channel.
Get first feedback -> make updates if needed -> get first results -> and then scale to more offers for the same ICP -> Then test other channels -> And then move other ICPs.

@alexander_kovalov Sounds effective, thanks for sharing your strategy :)
I have built several product working with friends in our spare time but we never dared to go full steam with launching these products into market and always thought of them as passion projects.
Now finally I am all as an entrepreneur with my current product Rava AI, building an end to end marketing for startups and SMBs.
Hiring engineers in india was one of the biggest budget saver. Keeping a lean team definitely help but also tools like APP SUMO where I can buy life time deals on products have been a time saver.
I use every resource possible from cloud credits, CRM credits available for startups so far to build our company.
Collaboration is key! I reached out to fellow creators for cross-promotion.

@chaity_okpalanozie That's the way to go, collaborating with others not only expands reach but also builds a strong support network.
Iโve found that leveraging social media is a gem for low-budget launches.

@hester_henry Of course! Using social media to generate buzz can be an affordable and effective strategy. It's amazing like how much reach you can achieve with the right strategy!
I focused on gathering feedback early on. By creating a beta version and inviting a small group of users to try it out.

@dalhat_usman Smart move! like great way to build a loyal user base from the start.
To launch a product with minimal resources, I focused on:
Lean Marketing: Leveraged social media and free online platforms for promotion.
Community Engagement: Built relationships with early adopters and influencers.
MVP Approach: Released a minimum viable product to gather feedback quickly.
Partnerships: Collaborated with other small businesses for cross-promotion.
Content Creation: Used blog posts and videos to generate interest organically.
