What TLD would you use for a new SaaS product if the .com and .io domains are already registered?

Question

Say you really love the name for the product you've come up with but the .io and .com domains have already been registered but inactive.

Would love to see what top level domains everyone favours.

Keep in mind, sometimes an extra letter, play on words, rearranging and different order and mixes, variations with naming still ends up finding that perfect .com domain name etc. :) On a different note: A domaining story SaaS related that some might enjoy the story etc... https://www.touchpoint.com/blog/...

I'm a big fan of .dev! Doesn't make sense for all products though—mostly technical/dev tools.

I would go with .ai and .co depending on the relevancy of the SaaS product
