Going through tens, maybe hundreds of CV's in a limited amount of time can be draining and also requires a lot of resources. I was wondering what is your go-to strategy when analyzing CV's and reducing them to a handful. Also, if there was a tool that you could simply upload CV's to extract the skills mentioned (according to their relevancy points), how much would you benefit?

I've tried text summarizer tools to see if they could generate a general understanding of the person's capabilities, but they sadly couldn't give me a usable answer.
