We use our own tool, vidon.ai, which we actually find works really well as it's very similar to normal presentation software.

Pitch 🙌 Compared to its alternatives, Pitch is blazingly fast, more collaborative, and more fun to use. I recently published this presentation on how Specify uses Pitch. Hope it helps!
