@matcha_anil Trello is one my favorite tools, simple and covers basic use cases
@matcha_anil I prefer google sheets.
Jira and confluence... Although we might consider switching entirely to notion at some point
If it's product related work, it's Canny.
@elizabeth_tischencko canny.io very powerful to democratize product roadmaping through user input & voting.
We are currently using Monday and it works pretty well so far
We use Trello, it's simple and has many good power-ups.
@matcha_anil if you already use Notion, the Board feature is pretty decent
I'm an all time Gitlab fan. We run a self hosted instance so we have total control over the data.
It also blends very well with Mattermost (an open source Slack alternative) that we also self host.
We are thus not tied to any third party decision and have total control and privacy over all the data we put in these tools.
Switched from Jira to Basecamp.
Our team has experience with various task management platforms, and we found that Microsoft Azure DevOps offers a combination of project management, version control, continuous integration, and reporting capabilities. It's an invaluable tool for managing software projects efficiently.
But, we acknowledge that Azure DevOps project management can be complex and time-consuming. To simplify this, we created Task 'N Go, an automated platform for Microsoft Azure DevOps processes. And Task 'N Go launches here on June 1st!
We appreciate your support in Task 'N Go. If you'd like to learn more, click the "Notify Me" button: https://www.producthunt.com/prod....

I utilize various tools to efficiently plan my work and allocate tasks. Firstly, I rely on project management platforms like Trello and Asana to create a structured workflow, set deadlines, and assign responsibilities to team members. Additionally, I find communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams invaluable for seamless collaboration and real-time updates. To enhance my website (https://www.clothcleaning.com/be...) performance and optimize SEO, I also utilize SEMrush and Ahrefs, which provide valuable insights and data-driven strategies. These tools have proven to be highly effective in ensuring productivity and achieving desired results.
I had been a Trello user for years. I've tried Asana before, and, more recently Notion. In terms of simplicity of user experience when managing a Kanban board, it's still the best.
Lark has a very powerful database (called "base") that is very good for recording and delegating tasks.
We mostly use the free version of Jira and then organize notes in Notion.
It's just me and another so it works quite well at this stage.
