The driving force behind starting my startup was a burning desire to solve a problem I personally faced and couldn't find a satisfactory solution for in the market. This frustration, coupled with the realization that others might be struggling with the same issue, ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and pushed me to create a solution that could make a real difference in people's lives.

A Small Business getting ripped off. My co-founder worked with a coach remotely. That coach went to get a web redesign done, and got taken to the cleaners for thousands of dollars for little more than a reskin. No strategic thought, no real examination of stack or goals. So we set about making it possible for SMEs/SMBs to get proper strategic advice when building or rebuilding their brand, in a way that fit with their entrepreneurial life. That meant it had to be on their timeframe, at a cost they could afford with their small business, delivered remotely, and totally custom to them. Basically we wanted to give them the power larger businesses hire in from Accenture or McKinsey, but scaled down to microenterprises. NOAN (getnoan.com) was born out of that.
