It's not a race. It's only a start... showing your confidence to release it even when u feel it's imprefect.

I learned that the launch is just the start. The real challenge was keeping the buzz alive and staying consistent afterward.
What shocked me the most was that competitors aren't always a bad thing, they help you stand out.
I learned that timing plays a huge role. Launching too early or too late can make or break things.
The most suprising lesson for me was how much users value quick responses. Engaging right away built so much trust.
