Buy an island or huge plot in the desert but if desert then I would need a lake that generates waves to surf. Would have a huge fun factory to store all my toys on wheels, and have in-door motocross track.

I'd dedicate myself to socially valuable projects that I enjoy building, without thinking about monetization and without any stress. I'm trying to do this even in my current state, but I have to admit it's a bit more challenging than it would be in the situation you described 😄
