When can you launch a 2nd time on Product Hunt?

I’ve seen some companies launching multiple times, mostly when they have a big new feature or a mobile app, or just a 2.0 version.

When are you allowed to launch a second time, are there rules for this?

Hi , I am not able to publish my new product. when I am clicking on submit (blog is opening) its like 14days + after first launch product. currently I need to publish fresh new product.
