I've heard this phrase quite a few times. How do you feel about it?

I feel like multiple doors are always open for us, regardless of whether one closes are not. It FEELS like another one is opening because we actively look for other doors when one that we were focusing on closes.

Yes, I agree. There's opportunity around every corner, we just have to keep our eyes open and remain optimistic!
I believe it's true, you just have to be open-minded and reflective about every experience you go through:)

Yes, I completely agree with this statement. Sometimes we become so obsessed with the problem that we are unable to see the door that has opened.

Well, I think it's a good phrase to comfort yourself when you're upset or disappointed but it's really difficult to say how I feel about it. Sometimes it just feels too trite or looks like an excuse for not getting what you really wanted

Always. There’s never NOT an opportunity. When doors close, that’s just a sign that you should focus on another opportunity.

Absolutely, when one door closes, another opens. just trust the process, work hard, and better things will come your way.

Sometimes you need to be the one to open that next door.

Agree. Because it makes you think about other solutions.

My view and experience on this is yes - if you’re willing to find the door. Sitting back and waiting for that door is not gonna help, but actively putting in the effort, will help astronomically.

Defiantly, when one door closes, another opens. Patience is key, it allows us to see the new opportunities that come our way.

heard it often, sometimes it feels true, sometimes not. it's about perspective, i think. closed doors = lessons? opportunities to grow? opened ones = new chances, but also maybe distractions? life's nonlinear. unpredictable. but yeah, always keep looking.

I really don't think so... 🫣

Yes, and the sooner you close one door, the sooner another one opens - that's why I no longer delay decision-making.
