When should startups scale/build onto different services & products?

Hi, everyone!
I’d love to get your thoughts on this: In your opinion, should startups scale into different product or service offerings once their main product has achieved PMF (Product-Market Fit), or like maybe at least become a Most Lovable Product (MLP) (For example, like how Airbnb expanded into entertainment booking)? Or not? Wdyt?
Looking forward for your opinions, fellas.

Hey! Great question. In my experience, it’s usually a good idea to focus on perfecting your main product once you’ve hit PMF. But if you’re seeing consistent demand and growth, it might be the right time to consider expanding. Timing is key, if your main product is stable and you have the resources, exploring new services or products (like Airbnb did) can open up new revenue streams. Just make sure your core offering stays strong while scaling into new areas. Good luck!
