When you launched, how did you split responsibilities across your teams?

Everything I'm reading about launches has me thinking that our launch day (next week, eeek: https://www.producthunt.com/upcoming/morgen-2) is going to be super busy. As a team of makers, how did you stay on top of it all?

I think we just  went nuts on Slack, assigning tasks to each other (the ones that came up unexpectedly on the day of the launch) and shouting across the office. Feeling comfortable in the chaos that is launch day definitely helped :)

Just decide when and who will be contacting your community members for support. Allocate a person to reply to the comments you will be getting on your launch. Keep an eye on the pace and performance of the products.
