It's always been word of mouth but we have an inherently viral product where folks are naturally sharing/embedding.
For other products, I've found direct outreach always have the best ROI. You need to be a megaphone early and often during the early days of building.

@supademo_joe that’s helpful! When you’re taking direct outreach are you talking cold emails, calls? DMs? Or what channels did you use for things of the sort?
