Where would you go to “listen to the customers”?

I’ve heard this advice a lot. So apart from forums and communities, where else would you go to listen to your customer?
Making a list here:
1. Forums
2. Communities (Slack, FB, Discord...)
3. Inbox
4. Survey forms
5. 1-2-1 calls

Reviews and your inbox. Make it super easy for your customers to leave a review.
Have a clear button for feedback.
Send them an email once in a while asking for feedback.
Give them discounts for submitting surveys.
