Which niche AI apps you use everyday to automate tasks?
There are tons of apps based on GPT or other models launched every day, hard for individual to keep track of all of them. Yet, I bet many of them make your life easier. Which do you consider as most useful one and should get more attention? Since attention is all you need ;)

I'm a big fan of using AI apps to streamline my daily tasks and improve my productivity. In my experience, some of the best niche AI apps out there include Grammarly for improving writing, Calendly for scheduling appointments, Notion for organisation, Hootsuite for social media management, and Otter.ai for transcribing voice conversations. These apps have been a game-changer for me and have really helped me be more efficient and effective in my work. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Not as AI as ChatGPT but I've used these tools in the past doing data validation and analytics type of work that had repetitive workstreams. These helped me to improve my productivity dramatically both by not doing tasks manually and scheduling them to run during certain times.
I don't use these in my current role though:-)
1. AutoHotkey - it's an old-school and open-source scripting tool that can be leveraged to automate pretty much any repetitive task in Windows. I built sequential steps and set the coordinates of what to do and launch it and it runs in the loop repeating these steps until done.
2. Python Selenium - in combination with Python, Selenium allowed me to build robust automation tools for web scraping, logging in to a website, performing assigned sequential steps, then taking screenshots, and saving them in the folder, and so forth.
I use Bing now that I got early access. It is without a doubt the biggest AI game changer!
I have streamlined my research and writing process greatly by using ChatGPT in tandem with Wordtune.
I ask ChatGPT to role play as an expert in the particular field I am researching in to give me insights and identify gaps in my knowledge. I then prepare a bullet point list of the points I would like to flesh out and have ChatGPT (role playing as a copy writing expert) give me a first draft. With this draft, I plug it into Wordtune to make the writing style more professionally and competently written. Lastly, I go over everything one last time and make manual adjustments to make it sound more human and in line with my writing style.
