We use Stripe for our application. What is your payment provider and why?

We've integrated PayPal for its widespread recognition and user trust, which helps new customers feel more secure during checkout. It's also been a breeze to manage recurring payments through their subscription model.

@jamin_nanthan I knew that you can integrate PayPal as a payment provider. But I didn't know that they even have subscription management. That's great. We opted for Stripe because the options are extremely versatile. In addition, our app had a marketplace with providers. Stripe was the only payment service provider that could handle this type of payment.
How has your experience been with Stripe so far?

@geoffreyaldrige we have a very good experience with Stripe! At the beginning the invoice topic was a headache... but we had to use it because of the marketplace feature!

Probably going to land with Paddle / Profitwell - Stripe has some weird terms with relation to the third party sale of products and services.
Stripe, if you sign up for Microsoft for startups you can get $25k off of their fees at the first level, perhaps more later.
We tried a few others, but couldn't get the functionality we wanted.

We use Paddle in Planyway

@violetta_chernobuk okay nice. We also checked Paddle but we decided to use Stripe, because we have a marketplace. Stripe can handle this case very well.
Your website looks amazing!
Stripe
I have limited options because of our tech stack/infra, actually only one, Stripe, its lot of work for any other provider.

We also use Stripe for its robust API, ease of integration, and comprehensive suite of tools that handle everything from subscriptions to marketplace payments. Its global reach and security features give us, and our users, peace of mind for all our transactions.
I've used Stripe with a number of applications. With my Flutter app I've been very impressed with Revenuecat as a sort of aggregator and manager of in-app purchases and subscriptions between the app store, play store, and Stripe.

@kgoldstein sounds very interesting! I don't have any experience with in-app purchases. I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever have to develop an app :)

I've been using Stripe from the jump. We had looked into PayPal before, but it was too much of a headache.
