Lame answer, but ChatGPT. I use it as a coach, therapist, advisor, generalist in every function of my company

Notion! It's my go-to for organizing projects, tracking tasks, and storing ideas. Once you set it up to match your workflow, it saves so much time by keeping everything in one place.
@oksana_ch It's one of my favorites too :)
Pen and notebook.
@nickanisimov, I agree. I'm someone who is interested in technology and uses Notion and Apple Notes, but there's no competition for a pen and notebook, I also use them daily to jot down things.
minimalist phone: creating folders
Apple Reminders – it pushes me to publish posts I would probably forget about :)
It is like my second memory.
@busmark_w_nika I’d say Apple Notes for me :) It’s my go-to place for brainstorming ideas.
Honestly, none.
@ashleyysmithh_ Thanks for sharing! I’m curious, have you tried any productivity tools, and what do you think has been the reason they didn’t work well for you?
deco.cx
Launching soon!
webdraw.com @rupal_saini
I use it for everything - it's an AI smartboard.
It turns my sketches into fully functional apps in seconds.
It's insane!
@manu_armani this looks very interesting, thanks for the share.
Notion has been a game changer for me. The flexibility to organize my projects, tasks, notes, and resources all in one place saves me tons of time that I used to spend context switching between different apps. Plus the easy sharing and collaboration features make it a productivity multiplier for my whole team.
I love using Things 3 for task and project management. It has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to capture tasks, organize them into projects, and track progress. The natural language input saves a ton of time. And the Today view is a game changer for focusing on what's important each day without getting overwhelmed. Totally worth the price for how much more productive it makes me!
@isabellaharris great to know, thanks for sharing
For me, Draftly saves time by helping in content creation—drafting, editing, and optimizing quickly. It’s like having a personal writing assistant!
For me, it’s Notion. It’s versatile enough to handle everything from task tracking to project planning, and the fact that it’s all in one place saves me from switching between multiple tools. The time I spend organizing is more than made up for by how much quicker I can find what I need later.
Another honorable mention: easybits (of course!). It helps automate repetitive workflows, so I spend less time on mundane tasks and more time on what really matters.
Notion, honestly! It's basically my digital brain that actually saves me time instead of making me jump through hoops. Super flexible, connects everything, and lets me dump all my thoughts and projects in one spot without going crazy.
@mehvish_shafiq It's one of my favorites too! I use it on a daily basis, and the way Notion teams keep adding so many cool features makes me even more curious and addicted to the platform. I just want to learn more and use it even more.
iOS Notes for note taking.
Definitely not Notion or Airtable or Jira.
@alanchristophx Notes is great. I’d love to hear your thoughts: why do you think Notion and Jira aren’t productive for you?
I’ve found that task managment apps like Todoist save my so much time. I can plan my day quickly, and it keeps me focused without the endless switching between tools.
Honestly, Clockify saves me time. It’s great for tracking hours without overcomplicating things.
