Which tool do you use for collecting user feedback

I prefer Google analytics to view actions in my product.

I use Hotjar for seeing how users interact with my product through heatmaps and recordings. Also Userleap for getting quick user feedback through targeted micro-surveys. The combination gives good qualitative and quantitative insights into the user experience to inform iterations.
