@elly_sp No, would love to use framer in the near future, but for now only nextjs and tailwind. They're very fast landing pages, but take much longer to create.

if its mean who develop then i guess most of time its Developers, 
if your create means Design then Design 
and If your means who Plan landing page creation then it could be marketers.
