Who is building native apps with one-time purchases?

I just built my first iOS app (https://getwritesprint.com) after years and years of building SaaS apps for the web. It was fun and reminded me of the days when you would purchase software at the computer store and own it forever without ongoing fees. This has inspired me to build more apps like this. My next will likely be a native desktop app (again, with no subscription fees). So, I'm curious, what other makers out there are building native apps that sell for a one-time fee?

I had a similar experience and I too miss the days of purchasing one-off software. I've shipped a couple of Android music apps (PO LoopSync and Beat Generator) that are available for a one-time payment.
