Who is improving his/her speaking skills?

Great question. As the owner of a design agency with a team of 20 people, I can say that when we grew to more than 10-15, I realized that the ability to publicly convey my opinion to the team, to ignite a group of people with my idea and vision is much more difficult than when I communicated with each of my employees one-on-one. Therefore, leadership skills and the ability to express my opinion confidently to the general public have become my focus in personal development over the past few years. Accordingly, then you need to speak to a wider audience and promote your products and services further beyond the team.
