Who would be your next hire, and why?

Funny enough the first person I'd hire is actually a QA person. For whatever I suck at testing my own code thoroughly so that would be the highest priority need to improve customer experience... After that maybe an assistant because I'm as forgetful as a goldfish. 🐠 What about you guys? Who would you hire next, and why?
