Probably word count limitations

The free version of ChatGPT may have a lot of information, but it may be limited in some ways. The paid version, on the other hand, may have more features or let you use more complicated models.

Adding to the other comments, the free edition will time out on you if you ask too many questions in a short period of time (I believe there is a limit to the number of questions that can be asked with the free plan).

No...Free edition does NOT contain all the information. Go to the GPT-4 product page in OpenAi dot com and see the "Cinderella" result.
In the Prompt section if you ask ChatGPT free verion "Explain the plot of Cinderella in a sentence where each word has to begin with the next letter in the alphabet from A to Z, without repeating any letters." ... the FREE version is unable to provide the correct answer...BUT the GPT-4 gives the RIGHT answer.
That's the difference!!
