"Why haven't you followed up on this account? It's been 3 weeks" 🙄

In previous sales roles, I would often hear my boss ask me - "Why haven't you followed up on this account?" 🙄 I was too busy to sell at the time, updating Salesforce, sending contracts, rescheduling meetings, demos, etc. One day I realized how many more deals would I have closed if I could save the time doing these tedious tasks and rather just focused on selling. I can only estimate. I used to think only if I had the right tool to do these tasks for me. 🤔 Have you faced the same in your sales career?
