Why I built Mailforge AI πŸ€–

Last year I was setting up over 100 domains and 200 email sending accounts. It took me weeks to set up the domains + email-sending accounts. The pain was huge and the operational cost was high. As we built Salesforge AI, not having the domains and sending accounts set up for your client meant the client didn't progress in a lot of cases in getting the subscription. So we've built Mailforge to solve the infrastructure problem, which also helps to sell Salesforge. Sometimes to grow, you need two products, not one and that was the case for us. Mailforge can power any email-sending platform, not just Salesforge. What stops you from building a complementary product?

The idea of complementing a product with another product to boost its productivity is amazing.

Frank, it's impressive how Mailforge AI stemmed from a real need during your setup process, turning a challenge into an opportunity for growth. It's a great reminder that sometimes the solution isn't just improving a product, but creating a new one that complements and enhances the original.

Frank, your initiative to build Mailforge as a solution to the tedious setup of domains and email accounts is a smart moveβ€”it's clear how it complements Salesforge and adds value for your clients. The biggest hurdle I see in creating complementary products is ensuring they seamlessly integrate to enhance the overall user experience without diluting the brand's focus.
