Why is Silicon Valley the center of tech entrepreneurship culture?

I know this isn't a simple question, and there are a bunch of variables and factors justifying Silicon Valley as the center of the entrepreneurship world. The USA has been planning to be an economic powerhouse since the 19th century, but that doesn't explain everything; otherwise, we would have a lot of Silicon Valleys around the country. I can also point out the academic environment, but this is nonsense... MIT, Harvard, Columbia, and other excellent universities are located on the East Coast. And, without dwelling any longer on the topic and starting to listen to you, I could say that it is a 'destiny thing'. Pure luck. Apple was there, then Google, and so people started following the path of technology. What do you think? Oh! And by the way, I am not from Silicon Valley (actually from Brazil), but I'm launching my product in the very next few days. I would appreciate your follow-up and as much feedback as possible!
