Many digital products have widgets on the landing page that may help you quickly solve some issues. However, many people prefer direct messages to support the team. What about you?

Having support on the landing page helps to instantly make the decision to purchase or subscribe. More suitable for sales support. Whereas for product support, at least for me, I find it much more preferable to create tickets to track the progress.
